Since 1990, IFRA-Nigeria has published several books on democratic transitions, education systems, transnational dynamics, religious networks, urbanism and urban violence as well as Nigerian politics. All of them are fully accessible online.
Along the years, IFRA-Nigeria has published grey-literature documents such as projects reports and other publications.
Biblio Nigeria started in 2011 as a watchtower for all articles and books published about Nigeria in the social sciences and the humanities. Every two months, a downloadable bulletin is published here to present an almost exhaustive list of most recent publications. Authors as well as users are invited to submit reference.
IFRA-Nigeria, together with other French Research Institutes located in sub-saharan Africa, have launched in 2020 a new trilingual peer-reviewed journal. The objective is to make available texts, images, sounds, interviews, field notes and documents in the broadest sense, which become data that form the basis for researchers' theoretical development, and which thus constitute field research archives. It publishes two issues a year and is always open for submissions.
