The Nigeria Watch Database monitors lethal violence, conflicts and human security in Nigeria since 1st July 2006. It compiles and monitors homicides and violent deaths (including accidents) in order to provide statistics, analyse trends and draw maps. The data relies on a thorough reading of the Nigeria press and reports from human rights organisations.
